Monday, November 30th, 2009Car In Repair Shop For Over 2 Months And Not Close To Repair. What Kind Of Recourse Could I Take?
Monday, November 30th, 2009Initially the shop said my vehical would be repaired in 20 business days but it has been 2 months and car is still barely close to finish. I paid half for repairs but now I just want to end my business with them and hopfully get some of my money back. What legal recourse can I take an could I get all my initial payment back or just some?
