I bought a car and after I brought in the final paper work I was pushed into sighning a new price and new payments even though i had already done so, is this legal?

Saturday, June 20th, 2009I was sold the wrong car and the mistake was not caught until a month and a half later..So my insurance, bill of sales, and license plate did not match the vin number on the car I was sold..All the paperwork was incorrect..How often does this happen and should legal action be taken?
